Who we work with
CognAssist has been developed to support the UK post-16 education sector with addressing neurodiversity for those training and learning in the workplace.
Our solution allows those delivering apprenticeships to over 250 learners to screen them for additional learning needs (ALN), design learning plans and support training assessors with managing their learners as well as effective evidence collecting and reporting required to access Government funding streams to support those learners.
We work with training providers which have more than 250 apprentices to assist them with ensuring their apprentices succeed in their learning. Our research has found additional learning needs are present in around 20% of apprentices on a programme.
We can help employers implementing apprenticeship programmes which have over 250 learners to screen and support their learners. With the introduction of the new apprenticeship levy, it is crucial for employers to ensure their investment in training staff is protected and returned.
We support FE colleges in ensuring their apprentices succeed and are supported with their additional learning needs. This in turn assists the FE college in enhancing employer engagement, improving and their service to learners, and increasing performance.
Latest Client Feedback
“Since implementing CognAssist into our learners’ programmes in November, we have already started to notice improvements in learner attainment and have received positive feedback from both them and employers. On-going support from the E-quality Learning team has been second to none, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others working in the industry”
